HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from Conmicy Store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit times may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location.


MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
It can take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system. If your tracking number isn’t working after a few days, please reach out to the carrier. In some rare cases, carriers may lose an order, and we’ll assist you in resolving such issues.
