Refund and Reprint Eligibility
We will refund or reprint your order at no additional cost in the following cases:
- The product itself is flawed.
- Design error: the design does not match what was shown on our website.
- The product information, such as type or size, does not match your order.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. Please provide the following details:
- Your order or invoice ID.
- If you received the wrong or damaged item, include a photo of the item.
Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and process your refund within 1-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you do not need to return it to us. In such cases, we will process a refund immediately, and it should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, missed delivery, failure to pick up the package).
- Your order did not arrive due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, or if the package is marked “delivered” by the tracking system but is lost).
- The item matches the description provided on the site.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of making a purchase. Please note that a 10% management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied to the cancellation. After 24 hours, the item will enter production, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
Refund Processing Times
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
- Credit Cards: Refunds may take 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the wrong size or item was sent due to an error on our part. If there is a printing issue or defect, we will handle it promptly. For further instructions, please contact us before returning any items. Please note that returns should not be sent unless we authorize you to do so.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
