Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your location. To calculate the exact shipping charges, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total cost.


Shipping & Handling

We process orders Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* during regular seasons, longer during holiday seasons.

Shipping from Warehouse
You can order as many items as you like, and shipping will always be charged at a flat rate.

  • Flat Rate: $5.99 for standard shipping.
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* during regular seasons, longer during holiday seasons.

Late Deliveries

We strive to deliver your package on time, but delays can occasionally occur. Conmicy Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable initially, it means the package hasn’t yet been processed by the carrier. Once scanned, tracking events will begin appearing.


Multiple Items Ordered

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. Don’t worry if you receive one item before the others—they’re on their way!


No Confirmation Email Received

If you haven’t received any confirmation details, it’s possible that the email address entered during checkout was incorrect. We send multiple emails throughout the process, including order confirmation, fulfillment, and shipping notices. If you suspect an error, please contact us so we can correct it.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.


PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APO addresses are handled via DHL Global Mail and transferred to USPS for final delivery. Please note that APO shipments can take up to 45 additional days, and tracking information will no longer be available once the package enters the military mail system for security reasons.
